How do I get my Username & Password?

Go to: https://login.experiencepoint.com/getPassword

Your username is your e-mail address and to retrieve your password, click on the "Submit".
Be on the lookout for an email will be sent to you from support@experiencepoint.com and if you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder as sometimes it ends up in there by mistake.

Once you log-in to your account, please delete any "*******" password that has auto-populated in the field and retype the one found in the email. What sometimes happens is that the website is using a "saved" password on your browser in the field that says "Enter your current password" and not the actual password for the account

Please note: If you are a university student and your university email is not found in our system, you may want to try your personal email address.
